Terms of Service

Jager.gg is a search, comparison, and list-building tool for Kuwait-facing tech and product listings. It is not a retailer, marketplace, broker, or checkout service.

Product names, prices, stock status, images, specs, retailer links, compatibility notes, and build totals are provided for convenience. They can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong, so always check the retailer's site before buying.

Some features, such as saved builds and favorites, need a signed-in account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

• You keep ownership of names, image URLs, build names, and other content you add, but Jager.gg can store and display it to run the site.
• Public builds and shared list links can be viewed by other people, including anyone with the link.
• Do not use profile names, image URLs, build names, or messages to impersonate people, submit harmful links, or include sensitive personal information.

When using Jager.gg, do not:

• Spam, abuse, or overload the site or contact form.
• Scrape, automate, or bulk-query the site in a way that harms normal use or bypasses limits.
• Interfere with authentication, rate limits, verification, security controls, or private account data.
• Submit illegal, misleading, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.

Retailer purchases, delivery, warranty, returns, refunds, support, and payment disputes are handled by the retailer. Voluntary support payments are handled by Buy Me a Coffee and its payment processors. Jager.gg is not responsible for third-party sites, services, policies, prices, stock, outages, or transactions.

Jager.gg is provided as is and may change, break, pause, or stop at any time. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jager.gg is not liable for losses caused by listing errors, external services, unavailable features, lost data, security events, or your use of the site.
